Client Experience & Operations Coordinator
You’re the first impression and the steady hand behind the scenes. This role blends client service, operations, and organization — the heartbeat of how our team delivers a seamless experience. You’ll manage scheduling, client onboarding, documentation, and custodian coordination, ensuring that every client interaction feels personal and professional.
If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and love creating order out of chaos, this is the perfect fit. You’ll grow alongside the firm with opportunities to advance into operations or office management roles as we expand.
Paraplanner
You’re the architect behind the plan. As part of our advisory team, you’ll handle the technical side of planning: data gathering, financial analysis, and plan development using RightCapital, PreciseFP, and Salesforce. You’ll help turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insights that guide our clients forward.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s curious, analytical, and eager to learn from experienced CFP® and CPA advisors. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you work toward your CFP® certification and build a foundation for growth into a full planning role.
Financial Planner
You’re the bridge between deep planning analysis and client strategy. This role is perfect for a planner ready to move beyond behind-the-scenes support and start owning meaningful client relationships. You’ll work closely with our lead advisors to craft comprehensive, tax-aware financial plans, join client meetings, and help turn complexity into clarity.
If you’re working toward (or already hold) your CFP®, love problem-solving and communication, and want a clear path toward leading relationships, you’ll thrive here. You’ll grow with mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to advance into leadership or specialist roles within our firm.
Lead Planner
You’re a seasoned CFP® who’s ready to take the helm. This client-facing role offers autonomy and opportunity — managing your own book of business while partnering with the firm on new client relationships and handoffs. You’ll guide clients through complex transitions, lead your own team, and help shape Chesapeake’s future growth.
Ideal candidates are confident, collaborative, and passionate about providing fiduciary advice that changes lives. A path to partnership or equity is available for the right fit, along with performance-based incentives and professional development support.
Marketing Coordinator
You’re the connection between strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our outsourced marketing team to bring Chesapeake’s brand and educational content to life. From coordinating digital campaigns to refining our social presence, you’ll help amplify our message across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
This position is perfect for a creative, organized communicator who enjoys blending analytics with storytelling. Experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or digital content creation (1–3 years) is ideal — and as we grow, so will your path toward becoming the firm’s Marketing Director.
